“The price at checkout was higher than the price in the ad”
Our headline price is the lowest-season rate for the base room. Some resorts charge a seasonal or peak-date supplement on certain nights, and a few customers found that out at checkout rather than on the deal page.
What we do: Every supplement a hotel charges is now listed on the deal page and itemised in the checkout breakdown before you pay, and the calendar shows which dates carry it. If you were charged something that was not shown to you first, tell us and we will refund the difference.
