Exceptional stay with outstanding service and beautiful surroundings.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the beautiful architecture, the stunning natural surroundings, and the evident care given daily to every detail of the property. The cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The service overall was outstanding, with the staff always being kind, attentive, and welcoming. We would especially like to highlight Agung Ary from the restaurant. Although we got to know her better on our last day before departure, throughout our stay she was consistently helpful, polite, and always had a positive attitude. Her presence truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We are genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Extra special shoutouts go to 3 particular staff members at Ja’Jan By The Sea bistro - Krisna, Bhagas and Martini. Their hospitality and attention to detail, were second to none.
