Second home in Bangkok

Service is amazing, every time we check-in and check-out we are greeted with the most friendly staff. The last time was especially special since we moved to Bangkok and Mong the porter was a star, we had so much luggage also from the kids and he helped us deal with the the Grab Drivers, talked to us about areas to move to. Dream at the reception was always trying to accommodate every possible request and the concierges helped us navigate Laundry Logistics with a smile. We felt like we had made great friends already in the new country. Thank you Lancaster Staff, it’s not just the great facilities and relaxing Spa, but the people that make it worth going!

A lovely hotel; I recommend it.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the room is lovely. We would like to thank Mr. Abdulaziz (the Concierge) for his cooperation; he speaks Arabic, which made communication and receiving service much easier for us.

Best 5 star hotel value for money

The room was big and clean. The standard is rearly 5 star and a lot for the money. The best gym in all the hotels i have try the last 25 years. I will come back for sure 💪.
